We gave Dante the daunting task of selling 2 properties in a very flat market and at the price that we wanted. We have to give him full credit for perseverance! With Banks not wanting to give loans so offers fell through, purchasers who were not 100% sure what they were doing and unpleasantness to do with conditions added in the Offer to Purchase, he hung in there and completed two successful sales.
His attention to detail, constant communication with clients and calm determination really made us feel at ease and we were very happy with the way in which the whole process was handled.

My association with Dante goes back to February 2015. On viewing the said apartment and submitting an offer, Dante ensured that the process of acceptance of the offer by the owners to final transfer was smooth and competently managed. This was, in my view, largely due to the hands-on approach of Dante. He dealt with my queries and requests timeously and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we could take occupation and ownership of the apartment in the shortest time possible. He also recommended a bond originator who assisted us in getting a bond at the best possible interest rate. Furthermore, he personally attended to my claim for a new lock set for the entrance door of the apartment outside the normal claim period.

Dante from DF Properties was tasked with the selling of a problem flat that I had been wanting to sell for some time but had to wait for the right time to achieve the best price. Dante took two offers with one of them being a full price offer (this was also the highest sales price ever achieved in the complex by a fair margin) but the prospective purchasers were self-employed without the necessary financial documentation to satisfy the banks.
Dante was very patient and diligent and finally, after a few extensions to the deadlines, managed to help the buyers to obtain finance and close the deal. This sale was probably the hardest deal he had dealt with notwithstanding the fact that Dante has been in this business for many years but he stayed committed and professional throughout the ordeal and really worked hard for his commission. I will certainly look to Dante the next time I sell a property. Dante, thanks for your help and hard work.

Estate agents, like lawyers, are often the butt of jokes aimed at questioning their ethical and moral compass and characterising them as only being interested in securing a commission.
