About Us
DF Properties was founded by Dante Fratti in 2009, after practicing as a successful Property Professional since 2002 for various organizations.
Apart from being the principal of DF Properties, Dante currently serves as a director on the board of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa, as well as serving as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
Prior to getting involved in property, Dante lead the sales division of a Fortune 500 company in South Africa, up to the time when the company disinvested from the country in 2002.
DF Properties has aligned itself with strong role players in the Real Estate Profession, thus providing buyers and sellers with excellent personal service and expertise. Its success is underpinned by strong family values build on consistency, respect, trust and confidence.
As DF Properties is not restricted to operating in only certain areas of Cape Town, we can ensure that clients, who own property in various suburbs, can have a seamless service experience.
Dante's contribution to the Real Estate Profession has not been limited to sales and rentals only, as he has contributed to furthering the professionalization of the industry acting as a facilitator for NQF L4 and L5 training, also acting as a registered constituent assessor.
